Science to nourish.Care that lasts.

Evidence, explained with empathy.

I bring clinical insight into the classroom—and the patience of an educator into every conversation about food, health and everyday life.

Diabetes Education Counsellor

National Diabetes Educator Program · Dr. Mohan's Diabetic Centre, Chennai

I work where evidence, education and everyday life meet.

My approach is grounded in clinical knowledge, shaped by years of teaching and guided by one simple belief: advice only matters when it can be lived.

01

Clinical nutrition

I connect nutritional assessment with health conditions, food habits and the realities of everyday life.

02

Diabetes education & counselling

I help people understand diabetes and turn clinical recommendations into calm, practical steps they can sustain.

03

Nutrition education

I teach complex ideas with clarity, whether I am in a classroom, guiding a project or speaking online.

04

Academic research

I help students move from curiosity to structured enquiry, evidence and meaningful conclusions.

From the clinic to the classroom.

Every role has added a layer to how I teach and counsel. Clinical experience keeps my teaching real; teaching makes my clinical communication clearer.

“Motherhood has deepened my patience, attentiveness and respect for the realities of family life. It keeps me grounded in a truth I bring to both teaching and counselling: meaningful nutrition must be compassionate, practical and sustainable.”

Care, lived as well as taught.

Becoming a mother has made my professional purpose more personal: I want knowledge to feel reassuring, useful and possible within the rhythm of a real family.

Let's begin a thoughtful conversation.

I am open to academic opportunities, collaborative work and conversations about individual nutrition support.
